Over the years, Chip has built homes featured in the Parade of Homes and the Knoxville Symphony League Show House, showcasing his team's attention to detail and design excellence. Under his leadership, the company has been honored multiple times in Cityview Magazine’s “Best of the Best” awards, solidifying Seigler Building & Development as one of East Tennessee’s premier custom home builders. Chip remains personally involved in every phase of construction, ensuring each project reflects the quality and character his name has come to represent.
